Some Goodies................

Hey Bloggerettes,

A few things arrived today that are fun!

-Tim Holtz Caged Bird and Tattered Floral Sizzix dies and embossing folders - all the tissue tape is gone!

-Webster's Pages bloomers flower trim, cameos and some new papers

-a new summer section is being set up with Bo Bunny, Best Creations and American Crafts products

-temporary spray adhesive that claims it can be used on die-cut machine matts (thanks Diana)

-UHU glue sticks (as requested by Lynn)

-re-stock of Girls' Paperie papers (for gramma's of little girls)

-every color of Bazzill Bling cardstock

-7 Gypsies Gypsy Market Paper Tape, gaffer tape and a re-stock of some Avignon papers (as used in the Printer Tray class)

-another Oriental Cuttlebug embossing folder 4 pack

IN MY HUMBLE OPINION:
Black gel nails are very appropriate for gardening with style! Several pairs of funky rubber boots have come in handy lately. Milo is back as the "Greeter" at the store. He had his "Goofy" stuffed animal in his mouth today while greeting people - kinda like Walmart eh - a goofy greeter!!

They've hit the shelf.........

Hey Bloggerettes,

Finally the Tim Holtz embossing folders (8) and tissue tape (4) have arrived! They were worth waiting for. Very "Timish". FYI: Scrapbookers have their own language - you can add "ish" to any word and it is totally okay!

An order from "7 Gypsies" also arrived. There are letterblock printer trays in 2 colors and more artist printer trays. Paper tape from the Avignon and Venice collections also came in.

"Fancy Pants" collection called Like Father Like Son is here. There are some good papers for Father's Day.

"Riff Raff" die-cut chipboard shapes are hanging up. In case you didn't know, they are a company based in Edmonton. Go Canada Go

Susan has brought in some fabulous layouts. She has put them up all around the store for inspiration. Enjoy!

Maureen has graciously brought in her "Garden" mini album and her infamous "Canvas" album. They are on display behind the counter. You will be in awe of her work.

Being sick sucks!

Hey Bloggerettes,

I have been under the weather for the past few days. Thanks to my staff for "stepping-up-to-the-plate" for me.

An order from "Riff Raff" arrived this week. There are 44 designs to chose from.

The CINCH binding tool arrived today.

The "Ranger" order is due in on Friday. I am going to find out about the Flower Sizzix die that no one can seem to get. Tim will know!

For those of you who ordered stamps from "Stampers Anonymous" - they called yesterday and said it was shipping. Exciting eh!!! They ship by US mail so it will probably be about 10-14 days.

My gals who did the Tim Holtz Jewelry Class yesterday went home feeling like princesses. Good on ya!

Check out the 7 Gypsies website that Paula and Debbie post on. It is:

www.2gypsygirls.com

do you recognize anyone????? How much fun was that?

I have changed the blog again. You may need to "Refresh" the site to get the updates.

Break out the sandals, paint the toenails, pluck the chin hairs!

Hey Bloggerettes,

I am thoroughly enjoying the nicer weather, aren't you? Can we dare plant our flowers yet?

FYI: I posted the class schedule on June 1 and then made some changes yesterday. It may affect you, you never know.

I want to welcome Susan Tutt to The Scrap Yard staff. Susan is a talented 7 Gypsies designer and instructor with much to offer. Please visit her blog. http://susanscrapbooker.blogspot.com/

Finally the Cuttlebug embossing folders arrived that were ordered in February. There are 5 packs and 4 packs and singles and big ones and normal-sized ones; Japanese, borders, alphabet, romance, and a few others.

My "little buddy" Milo made and appearance in the store today. He was pretty good considering his anxieties about scrapbooking! I'm hoping he will settle down and be comfortable in the store again.

Enjoy the pictures from this past weekend.

IN MY HUMBLE OPINION:
There is a great sale going on at Great Garb in Glenmore Landing. Check it out. My paisley, rubber cowboy boots were purchased at Kaffa Coffee House in Marda Loop. Remember, Stampede is just around the corner! Think how easily the dung can be hosed off these babies!
